STN 50-628/529/630 Clarification of Commitments for Notice of Violation 50-628/630/96-13-01 In response to the concern identified in the subject violation, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) previously committed to implement a design modification to install appropriate door signage in all three units by April 1997.

APS would like to clarify the intent of the "by April"due date by revising the commitment to read as follows:

"Design Modification Work Order (DMWO) 007693co will b~ III>i.l mented to install all appropriate door signage in all three units and willbe completed by April 30, 1997."
