WasOington Public Power Supply System Storage of Safeguards Hate> ial This is in response'to Dr. Bouchey's letter of May 12, 1983 which was referred to us by Regfon V on Hay 27, 1983.
After extensive discussion with Hr. John Klinglehaeffer of WPPSS and the Region Y safeguards staff, we have concluded that the protection described in the May 12 and June 20, 1983 letters to Region V meets the r equireme'nts of 10 CFR 73.21 and is, therefore, acceptable.
