In Revision 5, on page IV-3, it is not clear which revision of Regulatory Guide 1.8 is being referenced.

Reference "a," relative to revision 1 of Regulatory Guide l.8, also refers io revision 0

of the Orange Book.

Revision 0 of the Orange Hook should not be referenced because it contains revision 0 of the regulatory guidance.

b)

In Revision 5, on page IV-3, it is not clear which revision of Regulatory Guide 1.28 is being referenced.

Reference "b,"

relative to revision 2 of Regulatory Guide 1.28, also refers to revision 1 of the Gray Book.

Revision l of the Gray Book should not be referenced because it contains revision 0 of the regulatory guidance.

c)

To the extent that operations phase activities parallel design and construction activities, page IV-4 should include a commit-ment to Regulatory Guide 1.94.
