Blamey, Alan FW: Watts Bar Event Notifications Wednesday, May 10, 2017 3:14:02 PM Mr. Gurdziel, On May 9, 2017 you had the following question, if EXACTLY the same thing happened in Event Number 52732 that happened in Event Number 52725, should the second report at least reference the first?
In accordance with NUREG 1022, Revision 3, Event Report Guidelines 10 CFR 50.72 and 50.73, Event Notification 52732 is not required to reference the first Event Notification, 52725. However, for 60 day Licensee Event Reports (LER) related events should be referenced in the 60 day LER.
