In accordance with present NRC procedures regarding Board Notification the following information is being provided to the Comnlsslon.
On December 11, 1981, the Commission and all parties to this proceeding were provided with copies of a draft of the "Preliminary Report, Seismic Reverification Program" prepared for PGGE by R. L. Cloud Assocfates, Inc.
containing marked-up comments by PGSE (Board Notlficatlon No. 81-47).
The NRC staff has initiated an investigation into the circumstances related to the distribution of this draft report and the extent of knowledge of its existence wlthin PGSE, and PGSE's input to and degree of control over the November 12 report by R. L. Cloud on the Diablo Canyon seismic reverification program.
