Dear Sirs:
Pursuant to PVNGS Technical Specifications, Section 5.6.5.d, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) provided, in the referenced letter, the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Units 1, 2 and 3, Core Operating Limits Report (COLR), Revisions 24, 20 and 23, respectively. The PVNGS Unit 1 COLR, Revision 24, remains effective for the upcoming operating cycle 20 that begins with the completion of the PVNGS Unit 1 refueling outage 19 (1R19) that commenced on Saturday, April 9, 2016.
