This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Richard Warden of your staff and George MacDonald of this office on April 12, 1999, concerning a plant performance review which has been scheduled for May 4, 1999, at 1:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the recently completed plant performance review for H. B. Robinson Unit 2. The location of the meeting will be at the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Employee Information Center, 3581 West Entrance Road, Hartsville, SC 29550. This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
