- Jim, Attached you will find the NRC staffs draft Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding the SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc.s (SHINE) Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) submitted in two parts, on March 26, 2013 and May 31, 2013. This draft RAI has been provided to SHINE to ensure that the questions are understandable and that the regulatory basis for the questions is clear. Should SHINE have any questions or require clarification regarding this draft request, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a time to discuss.
Please also review the draft RAI to ensure that NRC staff has not inadvertently included proprietary information. If there is any proprietary information, please let me know within the next ten days. If I do not hear from you within the next ten days, I will make the Draft RAI publicly available.
