Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.140(d), Entergy hereby is providing notification of intent to apply its previously-approved Quality Assurance Program to the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS)
On-site,idependent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). Entergy notified the NRC its intent to install an ISFSI at PNPS via the referenced letter.
This letter does not make new regulatory commitments.
