NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/96-12
Thank you for your response of January 15, 1997, to our Notice of violation
issued on December 16, 1996, concerning activities conducted at your
H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant facility. We have evaluated your response
to Violation A and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
However, based on my discussion with Mr. David Crook on January 28, 1997, I
understand that you intend to supplement your response to Violation B and C by
further describing when full compliance will be achieved. The dates indicated
in your response were not acceptable. We also understand that the
supplemental response will indicate when you will complete implementation of
Generic Letter 89-10 actions so we can plan a closeout inspection. The
supplemental response will be submitted by February 28, 1997. We will examine
your supplemental response and the implementation of your corrective actions
during future inspections.
