This report documents unauthorized access into the protected area by an individual who provided incorrect information that was used to grant unescorted access.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73, Appendix A, a copy of this Security Event Report is being forwarded to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Regional Office, NRC Region IV and the Senior Resident Inspector. Arizona Public Service requests this Security Event Report be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
