H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP), Unit No. 2, personnel had drafted and approved letters RNP-RA/13-0014, INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT, and RNP-RA/13-0015, REPORT OF CHANGES PURSUANT TO 10 CFR 72.48 on February 8, 2013; however, due to a process error, these letters were not sent to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as required. After the error was discovered, Condition Report 607870 was written to document this error. The subject letters are attached to this letter.

This document contains no new Regulatory Commitments.
