It is my understanding (which is incomplete) that the "order team" will have two tasks. First, to put together a letter requesting more information. Second, write an order.

AOF/KICIALASE 0I/SECURITY-R LTED INF RMAT Proposed Issues to be Addressed in Order:
- 1. Duke is to provide the staff with its final Case of parameters and sensitivity analysis for its inundation analysis with the amount of flooding that will result from its analysis, which takes into consideration the Jocassee earthworks project, based on reasonable assurance.
- 2.
Duke is to continue to address this issue deterministically.
- 3.
Duke to address the justification for continued operation, including plans for interim repairs or mitigative actions, operating procedures, etc., and a schedule for the interim repairs to protect the site until final repairs are made to the site.
- 4.
Duke to follow 10 CFR 50.71(e) with regards to updating its UFSAR and revising its licensing basis to include the results of its analysis and any repairs made to its site in the future.
- 5.
Management meeting to be scheduled for end of January with Duke to discuss all issues, including tornado, HELB, NFPA-805, and the external flooding issue, and how they all fit together, impacts, and path forward in resolving the issues. (not sure if we need to include this) 2
