DPR-66, NPF-73 Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-346, License No. NPF-3 Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 Submittal of Evacuation Time Estimates Pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company is submitting the enclosed Evacuation Time Estimates (ETEs) for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1; and Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1.
The ETEs were developed using the guidance contained in NUREG/CR-7002 (SAND2010-0016P), "Criteria for Development of Evacuation Time Estimate Studies,"
November 2011. The estimates use 2010 census data.
