Dear Sir,
I am writing to oppose the relicensing of the nuclear power plants in Buchanan, New York.
First, these plants were designed to last for forty ears. During this time as they have aged they have suffered from many accidents, leaks, and fires. Problems have arisen that were not anticipated. ioncludint a failure to solve the long term provblem of wast disposal, While it seems miraculous that we have susr as the equipment has aged.
