Docket Nos. 50-395 52-027 52-028 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-86 AMENDMENT NO. 4 Effective March 30, 2012, Indemnity Agreement No. B-86, between South Carolina Electric and Gas Company and South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper), and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated September 15, 1978, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
