RE: Help with distro list and letter on Salem & HC I actually already drafted a EPA letter yesterday. I just wasn't sure if I had used the right format. I used Palo Verde, since it was the last letter to go out.

Help with distro list and letter on Salem & HC
- Dan, Lelsie's bogged down with a lot of comments from the Brians and will need to devote her time on that for the next few days.
I'm sure you probably started already, but can you take the lead with Mike learning & assisting on getting the Chapter 12 list of DSEIS recipients together for Salem & HC? Also, can you draft up and get into typing (if you haven't done so) an EPA letter as well? We have a new format now that was used for Palo Verde & DEAC which takes into account our electronic distribution and the listing in Chapter 12.

The following documents are enclosed for official filing with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA):
Five copies of the draft Supplement 45 to NUREG-1437, "Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants'(GEIS), regarding the license renewal of Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2, and Hope Creek Generating Station.
Simultaneously with this filing, a copy of the draft Supplement 45 is being e-mailed or mailed to interested Federal and State agencies, industry organizations, interest groups, and members of the public. The distribution list is in Chapter 11. A copy of this document has also been placed in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Public Document Room, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852, and in the NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is located on the NRC's website at http:/lwww.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
The accession number for the draft Supplement 45 to NUREG-1437, is MLxxxxxx. Please note that the public comment period for the draft Supplement 45 ends on December 17, 2010.
