MPS 2/3 Cyber Security License condition
- Bill, As we discussed this morning, the following is the proposed paragraph to be added at the end of license condition 2.C.(4) for MPS2 and license condition 2.E for MPS3:
The licensee shall fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Commission-approved Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations Cyber Security Plan (CSP), including changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.90 and 10 CFR 50.54(p). The CSP was approved by License Amendment No. ____.
Per our discussion you are confirming that DNC can provide the submittal to NRC by the last week of July. Also, we discussed that the submittal should be provided directly to Carleen Sanders on e-mail as a pdf file (she will enter it into the document control desk), or submitted via EIE with a courtesy copy to Carleen via e-mail.
