This letter confirms my telephone conversation with Ms. Annette Pope of your staff on February 17, 2011, concerning a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for March 22, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your preparations and readiness for restart of the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Plant.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
