genericcyberRAIs.pdf Ed, By letter dated July 20, 2010, Nebraska Public Power District requested an amendment to the Facility Operating License for the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) to approve the cyber security plan which provides an implementation schedule, and revises the license condition regarding physical protection to require CNS to fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)-approved Cyber Security Plan (CSP). The license amendment request (LAR) was submitted in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.54, Protection of digital computer and communication systems and networks.
The NRC staff has reviewed your submittal and has determined that the information specified in the attached Request for Additional Information (RAI) is needed for the staff to complete its evaluation.
Please contact me if a clarifying teleconference is needed for the attached RAIs.
