Response to Notification of Inspection and Request for Information for NRC Problem Identification and Resolution Inspection
Reference:
NRC letter to TVA, "Watts Bar Nuclear Plant - Notification of Inspection and Request for Information for NRC Problem Identification and Resolution Inspection," dated November 5, 2010 The referenced letter notified the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) that the NRC will conduct a Problem Identification and Resolution Inspection beginning on January 10, 2011. The letter also indicated that Mr. Rodney Clagg, NRC Region II, should be contacted regarding the documentation to be supplied by TVA for the inspection. A discussion of the documentation was held with Mr. Clagg on December 13, 2010 and TVA was instructed to mail the documentation on compact discs to each member of the inspection team. The intent of this letter is to notify the NRC that the documentation was placed in the overnight mail on December 15, 2010, as requested.
