28, 2010) (Unpublished), Docket Nos. 50-282-LR and 50-306-LR The Commission1 approved a Memorandum and Order in which the Commission took sua sponte review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board=s January 28, 2010, Order admitting a new contention regarding safety culture in this license renewal proceeding. The Memorandum and Order reverses the Boards Order and terminates the adjudication.
(Subsequently, on September 30, 2010, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
