Dear Mr. O'Grady:
By application dated November 19, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093270076), Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD, the licensee) requested a license amendment to approve the cyber security plan and implementation schedule, and revise the license condition regarding physical protection to require the licensee to fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)-approved cyber security plan. By letter dated July 20,2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML102070034), NPPD withdrew its November 19,2009, application and submitted a revised request that superseded the November 19, 2009, letter in its entirety.
The NRC staff acknowledges your request to withdraw the application dated November 19, 2009, and has ceased its review under TAC No. ME2643. Your application dated July 20,2010, will be reviewed under TAC No. ME4270.
