ENTERGY RESPONSES FOR COMPLETION OF ACTIONS 1, 2, 4, AND 5 OF CONFIRMATORY ORDER EA-09-060
Dear Mr. Schwarz:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letters dated December 16, 2009, April 22, 2010, and May 20, 2010, which described the completion of actions in response to the Confirmatory Order issued to you by the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on November 10, 2009.
We reviewed your letters and find they are responsive to the requirements associated with actions 1, 2, 4, and 5 of the Confirmatory Order. We have no further questions or comments at this time and will review the implementation of your corrective action(s) during a future NRC staff inspection to verify full compliance has been achieved and maintained.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
