Information Requested for the In-Office Preparation Week The following information (paper or electronic, unless otherwise indicated) is requested to be available in Region III by May 15, 2009 or earlier where possible.

A copy of the following documents related to the outdoor concrete storage pad / haul path design during independent spent fuel storage installation:
- i.
Calculations, modifications, evaluations (10CFR50.59 or 10CFR72.48) associated with evaluation of buried utilities and the haul path for transport of Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation ii.
Calculations, modifications, evaluations (10CFR50.59 or 10CFR72.48) associated with the evaluation of ISFSI pad for design/licensing basis loading conditions (ISFSI pad design) including the pad design, dynamic analysis, tip over analysis, soil investigation report, soil structural analysis, soil liquefaction analysis, etc. as applicable.
