RE: OC Comm Plan for Outage LRI I checked with Dave. Currently, DLR has no plans to develop a Comm Plan for the OC Outage Commitments Inspection. Dave acknowledges that could change, if DLR/NRR were to take the lead for any needed "technical review" of drywell liner thickness issues.
DLR will, of course, provide input and review any LR Comm Plan that we develop.
