NORTHERN STATES POWER CO. (formerly Nuclear Management Company, LLC)(Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2)
DOCKET NOS. 50-282-LR and 50-306-LR This is to inform the parties that Commissioner Gregory B. Jaczko will tour the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant on Friday, May 1, 2009 for a routine plant visit. He will also be meeting with the Prairie Island Indian Community (PIIC). The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit or his visit with the PIIC about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding.
