OC lab Results for Coating Blister re: CHLORINE Importance:
High Dave/Jim, I understand there is a question related to the Oyster Creek drywell epoxy coating blister, regarding whether there was "chlorine" or "chlorides".
In the draft inspection report I wrote "chlorine can result in osmosis of moisture through the epoxy coating" I need a quick answer as to whether that's correct.
Please review the licensee's lab results, available over the internet as follows.
Access to OC Documents on the Internet OC changed the access rights level, as a result I had to change my password.

- 1) when logged on, at the top select Plant ; Oyster Creek, then click SEARCH [on far right hand side]
- 2) under Plant Inspection, click on "Quarterly Integrated Inspection - Post-Approval Site Inspection for License Renewal"
- 3) there are 113 total documents listed. Sometimes the documents are listed 100 per page, and sometimes they are 250 per page.
- 4) in the Tab Box "Document Library" go to the bottom of the list [that would be the 113th document, and NO, they're not numbered]
- 5) from the bottom, count up to about the 16th document from the bottom.
- 6) To view the lab results >> click on the PDF icon for" Bay 11 and 3 Lab Results 330592.27.46 Att 5-6-7-8.pdf [1736 KBI" REMINDER: If you save or print anything, then the NRC has taken "legal" possession of a licensee document.
