- Donnie, My changes are attached. Reading this a second time, I was wondering how this fits in with the existing section 4.3.4, especially with the conclusion in 4.3.4.4 of the existing SER. Does the supplement change the conclusion in 4.3.4.4? It shouldn't. Perhaps we should say that the Staffs conclusion in 4.3.4.4. in the March
'07 SER remains valid.
