Re: Pilgrim AMP/AMR Audit Report Mark,INTERNET:jacksonwr@ msn.com We received Pilgrim's LRA Supplement and revised commitments, yesterday (Entergy Letter, dated 7/19/2006). I am forwarding the pdf file of that letter to the team members. All team members are supposed to review and incorporate the information provided in that letter before sending the revised AMR and AMP inputs to Joe and you. However, for TLAA inputs, Jim Medoff informed me that his write-up won't be ready until the second week of August, because some of his items were not included in the 07/09/06 letter, and also he need to discuss his write-up with Erach.

Since Erach has completed the first round of AMR review and also Jim Davis and he have completed the first round of AMP review, all team members (with the exception of Erach) are expected to send in their revised AMP and AMR inputs to you before August 1. Erach may send in his input to you after he returns from his vacation. To streamline the process, you and Joe may assemble the revised AMP/AMR inputs first. After you receive Jim Medoff's TLAA inputs, you may then assemble and send the completed draft audit report to the NRC for peer review. The current peer review schedule is August 14-18, 2006. The date to issue the final audit and review report is September 1, 2006.

If you have questions please call me or Jim Davis.

Audit report input for Pilgrim License Renewal AMP/AMR audit under Delivery No. DR-03-06-030 of GSA Contract S-10F-0092J - Titled

According to the schedule in Appendix B of the audit review plan, ATL is to deliver the initial draft of the AMP/AMR audit report to the NRC for your review on or before August 4, 2006. This date was based on ATL receiving all AMR sections from the audit team by today -July 24, 2006.

This would allow ATL approximately 2 weeks to assemble and do a complete technical edit of the draft report.

Currently ATL has only Section 3.2 "Aging Management of Engineered Safety Features" which was prepared by Wayne Pavinich, reviewed by Erach Patel, then revised by Wayne. This section is being incorporated into the audit report.

Please check on the status of Sections 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, and 3.6 and let me know when they will be ready for incorporation into the draft report. ATL needs to receive these sections in a timely manner to maintain the schedule.

Additionally, please check on the status of Pilgrim's revision to its
