LIMERICK GENERATING STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 - CORRECTION TO AMENDMENTS RE: RELOCATION OF OPERABILITY AND SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SAFETY/RELIEF VALVE POSITION INSTRUMENTATION (TAC NOS. MC3454 AND MC3455)
Dear Mr. Crane:
By letter dated September 27, 2005, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 179 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-39 and Amendment No. 141 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-85 for the Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Unit Nos. 1 and 2, respectively. These Amendments consisted of changes to the technical specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated June 1, 2004.
The TS pages that were issued with these Amendments did not reflect changes that were made by Amendment No. 173 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-39 and Amendment No. 135 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-85, for LGS Unit Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, which were issued by the NRC on April 13, 2005. Enclosed please find the correct TS pages, which need to be incorporated into your records.
