SUMMARY

Mechanical Maintenance completed a full core reload sequence in support of Westinghouse Spilt Pin, 10 Year ISI, and Head Replacement Projects. Mechanical Maintenance completed retests on RHR Pump B, and Turbine Driven Auxiliary Feedwater Pump, and Main Feedwater Pump Speed Increaser Gear Sets. The Heater Drain Pump A Motor, Mag Drive, and Thrust Stand was replaced with the spare set. Various valves and flanges were inspected and rebuilt based on the boric acid leakage reduction program and operational leak checks. The Main Condensers were leak checked under vacuum and plugged as required. Supported Operations with returning the Plant to power. Completed overhaul of the Demin Water System Pre-treatment Flocculator.

Electrical Maintenance key activities in November included preventive maintenance work on 11 Motor Operated Valves, calibration of power relays, Main Auxiliary Transformer bus insulation replacement and replacement of 160 Polar Crane bus insulators.

I&C continued the performance of outage related preventative and corrective maintenance on the primary and secondary systems. I&C supported the major scheduled projects including the Reactor Head replacement, Reactor Protection Relay replacements and the New Analog Rod Position Indication system (NARPI) installation. I&C also performed many Air Operated Valve (AOV) diagnostic tests which will result in improved AOV performance.
