Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 Supplemental Response to Order Requiring Compliance With Revised Design Basis Threat For Operating Power Reactors (EA-03-086)

San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 Southern California Edison (SCE) received the Order Modifying Licenses (EA-03-086) dated April 29, 2003 (the 'Order"). SCE answered and responded to the Order by letter dated June 3, 2003 stating that SCE consented to the Order.

The purpose of this letter is to supplement SCE's response. The justification and good cause is given in the enclosure to this letter.

Note that the enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR § 73.2. This transmittal letter may be decontrolled upon separation from its enclosure.
