NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF HIGHWAY ROUTE TO TRANSPORT SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL FROM MINERAL, VA TO NEWPORT NEWS, VA (NRC ROUTE NO. 204)
Dear Mr. Mosley:
On behalf of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am writing to inform you that NRC Route No. 204 to transport spent nuclear fuel from Dominion Generations North Anna Power Plant, Mineral, VA to the Port of Newport News, VA expired on April 23, 2004.
If you intend to reactivate the route, we request you submit such a request at least 60 days before you would intend to use the route. In submitting your request, please verify the contact information is correct and up to date. If you do not intend to reactivate the route, please contact Mrs. Gloria Bennington of our staff at 301-415-8183 or at GMB@nrc.gov.
