MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT 1 - EXEMPTION FROM CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR PART 140 (TAC NO. MA6658)
Dear Mr. Christian:
The Commission issued the subject exemption from certain requirements of 10 CFR 140.11 for the Millstone Power Station, Unit 1 on March 30, 2004. Unfortunately, the indemnity agreement was left out of the correspondence sent on March 30, 2004. Enclosed is Indemnity Agreement No. B-39. Please have all of the parties sign all of the copies and return one copy to this office. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
