PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted the subject change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on October 24, 2003. -The proposed changes would revise certain Technical Specifications Surveillance Requirements pertaining to Reactor Protection System Instrumentation, Control Rod Block Instrumentation, Source Range Monitors and Power Distribution Limits.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b). We have no comments.
