MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 3 - CORRECTION TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS BASES PAGE B 3/4 4-5 (TAC NO. MC1763)
Dear Mr. Christian:
During the comparison review of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Technical Specification (TS) Authority File to a copy of the Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 3 TSs provided by your staff, it was identified that Bases page B 3/4 4-5 had extraneous information on the page. On May 8, 2002, Amendment No. 204 was issued. This amendment deleted Section 3/4.4.7, Chemistry, from the Bases. On June 3, 2002 the staff issued Bases changes which inadvertently placed Section 3/4 4.7 back onto Bases page B 3/4 4-5. Your copy of this page correctly shows Section 3/4 4.7 deleted from the Bases while the NRC Authority file shows it still there.
This letter is issued to provide a record for the proper information on Bases page B 3/4 4-5. It is understood that the Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 3 Bases already indicate that this page has been corrected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
