SUMMARY
- The unit began the month of December operating at full power. An automatic turbine runback occurred on December 12, 2003 due to a failure of the B Battery Charger. Power was reduced to 94% for five hours. Full power operations were restored on December 13, 2003 and remained there through the end of the month. Average power for the month of December was 99.7%.
