Justification for Removal of Mode lold - Include Discussion of Cause (Assigned Owner or Designee):
Chronic leakage problems at the casing-to-cover joints on RCP P36-1 and P36-2 (CA#2 and CA#3) are being resolved under CR 02-09674 CA#t1 and CA#2 per ECR 02-805-00.
CR 02-09674 also has a mode 5 restraint associated with it. Quantification of thc leakage (if any) at P36-3 and P364 is to be completed during the startup from 13RO per CA#4 and CA#5. Implementation of ECR 02-805-00 for pumps P36-3 and P36-4 will bc perfornmed under WO #02-007530-000 and WO 402-007529-000 respectively and are not heing perfornmed this outage. Since the mode 5 restraint issues are being tracked by CR 02-09674, the mode 5 restraint associated with CR 02-03668 may be lifted.
