Unit 2, Docket No. STN 50-529 Results of Review for Proprietary Information in Draft Safety Evaluation Report (SER)
By letter dated April 17, 2003, received by Arizona Public Service Company (APS) on April 22, 2003, the NRC transmitted a Draft Safety Evaluation Report (SER) for the Replacement of Steam Generators and Uprated Power Operations in PVNGS Unit 2.
This letter requested that, within ten days of receipt, APS review the draft SER to identify any proprietary information. APS and its vendor, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, have reviewed the draft SER and have concluded that it contains no proprietary information.
No commitments are being made to the NRC in this letter.
