Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc., Docket Nos. 50-317 and 50-318, Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, Calvert County, Maryland Date of application for amendments: July 17 and August 6, 2002 Brief description of amendments: These amendments permit operation of Calvert Cliffs Unit 2 with a core containing up to eight lead fuel assemblies with fuel rods clad with an advanced zirconium-based alloy.
Date of issuance: April 14, 2003 Effective date: As of the date of issuance to be implemented within 30 days.
Amendment Nos.: 258 and 235 Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-53 and DPR-69: Amendments revised the Technical Specifications.
