- PROPOSED LICENSE AMENDMENT - LICENSE TERMINATION PLAN In accordance with 10CFR50.82(a)(9), Termination of License, Big Rock Point hereby submits its License Termination Plan (LTP). The LTP demonstrates that the remainder of decommissioning activities will be performed in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public, and will not have a significant effect on the quality of the environment.
Big Rock Point hereby submits, pursuant to 10CFR50.90, Application for Amendment of License, an application to amend the license to add a license condition that requires Big Rock Point to implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the LTP.
Attachment I provides the background and reason for the proposed change, a description of the proposed change, a no significant hazards consideration determination, and a determination of environmental impact consideration.
Attachment II provides a copy of the affected Facility Operating License No.
DPR-6 pages with changes annotated. Attachment III provides the Big Rock Point LTP for NRC review and approval in accordance with 1 OCFR50.82. In accordance with 1 OCFR50.82(a)(9)(i), the Big Rock Point LTP is being submitted as a supplement to the Updated Final Hazards Summary Report (UFHSR).
Therefore, pursuant to 1 OCFR50.4(b)(6), Written Communications, ten additional copies of the LTP are provided.
This change does not involve a significant increase in the probability or consequences of an accident previously evaluated, create the possibility of a new or different kind of accident from any accident previously evaluated, or involve a significant reduction in the margin of safety.
This change has undergone an Independent Safety Review.

In accordance with 10CFR50.91(b), Notice for Public Comment, State Consultation, Big Rock Point is providing the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality a copy of the proposed amendment request.
