OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE February 2003 The unit began the month at 85% reactor power, while performing Main Turbine Valve Testing.
Testing was completed and the unit was returned to 100% power on 02/01/03 at 0400.
The unit operated at 100% power for the remainder of the month.

SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE February 2003 The unit began the month at 100% reactor power.
On 02/14/03 at 2000 a power reduction was commenced in preparation for the scheduled refueling outage. The unit was removed from the grid at 2315 and shutdown from -25% power at 2320.
The following significant work was completed or in progress during the month:
Reactor vessel head was removed.
CEA uncoupling was completed.
The reactor was defueled.
The reactor was defueled on 02/28/03 at 0245.
The unit remained defueled for the remainder of the month.
