DOMINIONS REVISED RESPONSE TO STAFFS RAI 4.3-6 On September 10, 2002, Mike Henig of Dominion Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) transmitted an electronic mail (e-mail) to Omid Tabatabai and provided Dominions revised response to the staffs RAI 4.3-6. This response was in form of a PDF file. The PDF file and Dominions e-mail are attached. Dominion will submit this response formally to NRCs Document Control Desk.
