As required by Technical Specification 5.7.1.4 of Facility Operating Licenses NPF-10 and NPF-1 5, this letter provides the Monthly Operating Report for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3. This report is required to provide the operating statistics, shutdown experience, and documentation of all challenges to pressurizer safety valves, for each unit. Attachments 1 and 2 provide the subject report for Units 2 and 3, respectively. There were no challenges to pressurizer safety valves for either Unit 2 or 3.
