Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-3 54 Amendment to Facility Operating License License Change Request H01-03 The subject request was submitted to the NRC by PSE&G letter dated January 4, 2002. The request proposes to add Technical Specification sections 3/4.3.10, and Bases 3/4.3.10 Mechanical Vacuum Pump Trip Instrumentation. The purpose of this request is to add operational and LCO requirements for the Mechanical Vacuum Pump trip and its associated instrumentation and testing intervals.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 1 OCFR50.91 (b). The State of New Jersey has no comment.
