Enclosed are 4 copies of Revision "U" to the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan.
This revision is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) since it does not degrade physical security effectiveness.
Revision "U", dated January 31, 2002, consists of modifications to the Access Authorization Program regarding the verification of military sevice in lieu of employment. These changes are made as a result of recent discussions with NRC on acceptable approaches to this verification.
In order to facilitate NRC review, changes to the text are highlighted by side-bars located to the left of the revised text.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
