DENIAL OF PETITION: PRM-35-15 On December 18, 2001, the EDO approved and signed the denial of a petition for rulemaking submitted by Jeffery C. Angel.
Please implement the EDOs action by arranging for publication of the attached denial of petition for rulemaking in the Federal Register. The petition denial can be forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register on December 28, 2001.
Attached is the letter of denial to the petitioner and the Congressional Letter package for transmittal to OCA.
