U.S. Additional Protocol for Salem Unit 1 2016 Report

- 1. PSEG letter LR-N17-0040 to U.S. Department of Commerce, Treaty Compliance Division, Dated January 31, 2017 On January 31, 2017 PSEG submitted the 2016 US Additional Protocol Report for Salem Unit 1.
It was discovered after the submission that PSEG had signed the cover letter but had not signed the FORM AP-Q. PSEG is resubmitting the form with the signature affixed. It was also noted that the subject line referred to the 2015 report vice the 2016 report. This error has also been corrected.
