- Salem 2 entered the month at approximately 99% power.
- On January 16, Salem 2 reduced power to approximately 77% due to a planned line outage. Power was restored to approximately 99% on January 17 and remained there for the remainder of the month.
- At the end of the month, Salem 2 completed 65 days of continuous on-line operation.
